One custom platform runs a whole music studio
Siran Music Academy came in for a Wix rebuild and left with a full custom studio operating system: a public marketing website plus a teacher admin app and a parent portal on one shared database. Delivered solo, it runs students, scheduling, attendance, invoicing, auto-renewing packages, and parent communications end to end.
Before us
Siran Music Academy, a North Vancouver music studio, ran on Wix and came to Beeweb for a rebuild. What they actually needed was more than a website: a way to run students, scheduling, attendance, invoicing, and parent communication in one place instead of stitching tools together.
What we built
Beeweb delivered a full custom studio operating system, solo and end to end: a public marketing website plus a teacher admin app and a parent portal, all on one shared database. It runs enrolment, scheduling, attendance, invoicing, auto-renewing packages, and parent messaging.
What changed
The academy moved off Wix onto its own platform at siranmusic.com, with 125 students migrated across, roughly 36 pages, and 8 branded email templates. The site is English with Farsi support available.
A studio's whole operation on one platform
The public site, the teacher admin app, and the parent portal all share one database, so a booking, an attendance mark, or an invoice flows through the whole studio without re-entry. Auto-renewing packages keep enrolment running without manual re-billing each term.
