About this website

This is an informational marketing site. It describes the software and automation services we offer and lets you contact us or book a call. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a binding contract on its own.

Engaging our services

Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement, signed by both sides. That agreement, not this website, sets the scope, price, timeline, warranties, and ownership terms for the work. Where a signed agreement conflicts with this website, the signed agreement controls.

We build custom software for our clients to own. Ownership of the software we deliver, including source code, is set out in the signed agreement for that project.

Acceptable use

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or connected systems.
  • Disrupt or overload the site, or interfere with its normal operation.
