A complete, live ESL learning platform for newcomers to Canada, built solo end to end. It unifies a public marketing site, a student portal, an admin CMS, and branded email on one shared database, so a single booking creates the account, takes payment, schedules the session, and sends the receipt.
Before us
A Vancouver-based ESL academy serving newcomers to Canada was running its marketing, enrolment, scheduling, payments, and student records across separate disconnected tools. A single new student meant re-entering the same person into several systems by hand.
What we built
Beeweb built one complete platform, solo and end to end: a public marketing site, a student portal, an admin CMS, and branded email, all on one shared database. A single booking now creates the account, takes payment, schedules the session, and sends the receipt in one flow.
What changed
The academy runs on one live system instead of a patchwork: 4 connected apps, 9 public pages, and branded email across 3 domains, handed over with a 25-page owner guide. Any student data shown in the admin screens is demo data.
One booking, one connected flow
Because the site, portal, admin, and email share a single database, an action in one place updates everywhere: booking to account to payment to schedule to receipt runs as one sequence, not four manual hand-offs. The academy is kept unnamed at its request and described by role and location only.
