A multi-tenant SaaS ERP built end to end for a North Vancouver CPA practice: one login surfaces every client workspace, each isolated on its own database, with double-entry accounting, Canadian payroll, and a natural-language AI assistant grounded in live business data. Before us
A North Vancouver CPA practice managed many client companies, each with its own books, payroll, and reporting, across separate tools and files. Switching between clients meant switching systems, with no single place to run every client's accounting from one secure login.
What we built
Beeweb designed and built a multi-tenant SaaS ERP: one login surfaces every client workspace, each isolated on its own database, with double-entry accounting, Canadian payroll, and a natural-language AI assistant grounded in each tenant's live data. It spans more than 20 modules on a Laravel and React stack.
What changed
The practice can run every client's books from one screen, with each workspace cleanly separated at the database level. The build is backed by a 118-case QA catalog covering the accounting, payroll, and tenancy flows.
How multi-tenancy is isolated
Each client tenant runs on its own database, so one workspace can never see another's data, while a shared application layer keeps the 20-plus modules consistent across tenants. The screens use a demo tenant with sample figures. ViraXco is a Giga Software Solutions Inc. product that Beeweb built.
