A real-time control room for mining operations
Melkoff MineOps is a mining operations intelligence platform built end to end: a marketing site, a real-time operations dashboard spanning 14 consoles, and a Laravel API on PostgreSQL. Beeweb delivered the whole product, from public pages to a SCADA-style control room, deployed to production at melkoff.com.
Before us
Mining operations generate a constant stream of production, equipment, and sensor data, but it usually lives in disconnected tools and spreadsheets. Melkoff needed a single, real-time picture of the site: one place where the whole operation is visible at a glance, from a public-facing brand down to a live control room.
What we built
Beeweb built the entire product end to end: a marketing website, a real-time operations dashboard spanning 14 distinct consoles, and a Laravel API on PostgreSQL feeding them. The result is a SCADA-style control room, deployed to production at melkoff.com, that presents production, fleet, and sensor data as one coherent operating picture.
What changed
The platform shipped as a working control room: 14 live consoles, roughly 33 pages built with zero TypeScript errors, and 13 Eloquent models behind the API, seeded across a realistic 2020 to 2026 span. It runs in production under the Melkoff MineOps brand.
How the control room is built
Each console is a focused view (production, fleet, sensors, and more) drawing from the same Laravel and PostgreSQL backend, so every screen reflects one shared source of truth. Beeweb engineered the full stack as senior engineer on the build. Demo figures in the screens (a fictional Northern Ridge Mining Corp, and uptime numbers) are sample data, not measured operational results.
